Will Search
Our will search service enables you to search for a lost or missing will that
your parent/guardian or next of kin may have left but you can't find.
- We are confident our will finding service will provide you
with the solution, as a member of the public you can use our facility to carry
out a background search for a nominal fee.
- You will be able to search our database using the name and
date of birth of the deceased person and this search will reveal if we hold
any information on this individual.
- If we do hold any information on this individual then you
will be referred to a solicitor who will have the authority to access and
retrieve this information on your behalf once you have provided a copy of
the death certificate.
- If we do not hold any details of the individual who is subject
to the search then all is not lost. In this situation we will use our extensive
network and established relationships with associate companies to search on
your behalf.
- If after all these options have been exhausted and the will
is still missing we can then place the details of your deceased family member
on our missing will site. Any response received will automatically be passed
onto you
It costs only £15.00 to use the Will Search Service
